When shopping at, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date

As a customer, you must notify us by email that you wish to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You must return the products to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us about the cancellation of your purchase. You may unpack the products and try them on, as long as they are returned in the same condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.


How to return your order

To reduce our CO2 footprint, all our returns are made online in order for us to avoid unnecessary return labels that are never used. If you wish to exchange or return an order, please contact us at Our Customer Service will upon your request, send you a pre-paid return label to your email, which you can print out and attach to the package. The products must be securely wrapped in their original packaging and returned in the same condition as they were received. You have the responsibility for the package/products until we receive them. Always remember to keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. Please note that we do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops, COD (Cash on Delivery) or similar.



When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, we do not reimburse the delivery costs in the event that you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, or if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery.

Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
